13 August 2026 — High-importance medicine safety update.
Roszdravnadzor has published Information Letter No. 01I-920/26 concerning the withdrawal of a batch of salicylic-zinc paste manufactured by Samaramедпром.
Affected medicine

- Reason: nonconformity with the established pH specification
Regulatory action
The manufacturer decided to withdraw the affected batch from circulation. Roszdravnadzor requested information on the withdrawal and on measures taken to eliminate the threat of harm to citizens’ life and health. Territorial authorities were instructed to oversee compliance.
The notice is considered a high-importance safety-related quality defect because it combines an official batch withdrawal with an explicit patient-safety rationale.
